We don't have employees. We have partners. And that's not just our way of saying we care about our drivers. They are actually business partners instead of staff members. Each driver had a pre-exisiting moving business before they started working with us. And they continue to work independently, as well as through e-Van Transportation. And we have long-standing relationships with all of our business partners. So when you book a moving service, your mover isn't just a staff member working to benefit my company. You are his customer as much as you are my customer. He wants to do a good job for you because you are paying him directly (in most cases). And I believe this makes a huge difference in the quality of service you can expect to receive from us, compared to our competitors.

Dublin

e-Van Transportation's main base is in Dublin and our core area of business is Dublin and The Greater Dublin Area, i.e. counties Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. All requests for moves are dealt with by our Dublin base and delegated to our Dublin drivers & local drivers in all other counties nationwide. We have 6 van-size options in Dublin. These are available for moves within Dublin and for moves from Dublin to anywhere in Ireland & Northern Ireland, or vice-versa, and for moves within Wicklow, Kildare & Meath, and between these counties.

Rest of Ireland

We have local drivers in most other counties in Ireland and all counties are serviced - some drivers cover two counties. Our local van drivers in each county provide moving services within that county & surrounding counties, and from there to any other county in Ireland & Northern Ireland or vice-versa. There's just one van-size available for most of these counties, but it's usually a large van that's suitable for most moves. View services available for:

Northern Ireland

We cover Northern Ireland from our bases in Donegal, Cavan and Louth, in each of which we have a local driver offering moving services within their county and the Northern-Irish counties that are closest to them. The Donegal driver covers Derry and parts of Tyrone & parts of Fermanagh. The Cavan driver covers parts of Tyrone & parts of Fermanagh. And the Louth driver covers Armagh, Down and Antrim. Home & Office Removals Nationwide

Operating since 2014, e-Van Transportation is an experienced and reliable moving company, offering a low-cost apartment & house removals and office removals services all over Ireland and Northern Ireland.

In Dublin and The Greater Dublin Area, we have several drivers providing moving services in a variety of van-sizes, with local and long-distance moves being offered. We also offer disposal & assembly services in these areas.

In all other counties outside The Greater Dublin Area, we offer moving services through local, trusted furniture removals partners who are based in most counties in Ireland, and with whom we have long-standing agreements.

About Us

e-Van Transportation started as a one-man operation, based in Dublin, providing small house and apartment moving services in a Ford Transit Van.

Over time we expanded to offer more availability and capability through additional drivers in both larger and small vans.

We expanded from one van in Dublin, to having several drivers in various different van sizes. Our current number of van drivers in Dublin is 12.

Within Dublin and surrounding counties, we offer moving services in a choice of five different van sizes, including small vans, e.g. Renault Trafic, large vans, e.g. Nissan NV400, extra-large vans, e.g. Mercedes Sprinter, Luton Vans (XXL) and Maximover Vans (3XL).

We also expanded nationwide to have local moving services within every county in Ireland. So we now have at least one local van driver operating in each county in Ireland, providing home & office moving services and other man with a van services.

And we expanded into other areas, such as licenced waste disposal and furniture assembly services within Dublin and surrounding counties.

How to Book a Move and the info we need:

Below is a simple step-by-step guide to getting an accurate quote.

This is the info we need to allow us to assess the size of your move, the distance to be travelled and which van options we can offer to best suit your needs.

1 From Where to Where?

Where are you moving from and to - the locations?

Are you moving from a house or apartment?

Are you moving to a house or apartment?

If apartments, which floor and is there an elevator?

2 What needs to be moved?

Please provide a list of all items of furniture (if any), large appliances (if any), maximum estimated number of boxes, maximum estimated number of bags/suitcases, anything else significant.

3 One or Two-Man Service

You can opt to help the driver load and unload the van or you can go for the two-man service and let us do the full move without your assistance. The choice is yours. A two-man service costs more, of course, but it allows you to leave everything to the professionals.
